The Circle Tablet offers all the same fast sign-in and reporting benefits of the larger Circle Cintiq and Circle 1631 options but with the ultimate in flexibility and portability. You can mount the Tablet on the desk or house the Circle Tablet sign-in system into a box for a fully portable visitor management system.
Fast Sign In
In just 4 seconds, your visitor or member’s ID card will be scanned and a docket receipt printed. No fuss, no paper archives to manage—the only paper in the whole system is the visitor’s receipt, which they take away. A full reporting suite is included, with reports delivered straight to your inbox. The software also has a sign-out option if you want to record employee or contractor hours. In addition, the system can be used for members and guests’ courtesy bus bookings and cloakroom tickets.

Choose which ID scanner best suits your electronic sign-in system requirements and typical visitor profile. There are three options available from Circle Solutions:

Thermal Printer
The Star Thermal Printer supplied with every Circle 1631 visitor management system package, is reliable and uses standard thermal paper rolls for easy maintenance. Add sales offers and marketing messages to the dockets to maximise revenue opportunities.
